  Great؜ team, great experience, thanks Alex!
  We have not been renting for the last 10 years and have just recently returned to the rental market. Alex Nindra has helped us securing a house that we really loved and despite all the issues at the owner's end, Alex has been prompt in communication, honest and professional.   Our experience with Belle Property Pymble has been excellent so far. Alex Nindra advised us well and honestly and was always on top of everything, even going above and beyond his job sometimes to make sure us and our prospective tenants were happy. Communication with us was always fast and useful. The end result was also really good which makes us very happy landlords.

  Great؜ Experience - Easy to deal with
  The folk at Belle Property in Pymble that i dealt with to lease out my unit were absolutely wonderful. Very helpful, and happy to assist in answering any questions or concerns in the lead up to signing a lease/tenancy agreement. Would definitely recommend this group to anyone looking for an agent for their property. Very pleased with the service - thank you!

  Alex provided very personable service and expert advice regarding the rental market and strategies for us to secure a wonderful tenant and a competitive rental price. He was always attentive to any queries and showed attention to detail, flexibility and professionalism. He arranged photos and the Open House with consideration for all involved and provided advice regarding styling and scheduling of the event. I have no hesitation in recommending Ales and Belle Property for all property services and thank Alex for making the process so simple and seamless.

  There are few real estate agents in Sydney who can match the professionalism and local knowledge of Lesley Bassam, Principal, at Belle Wahroonga who has lived and worked in the area for more than two decades. When I speak to Lesley about selling and buying homes, it impresses me that she takes a keen interest in matching properties to buyers and actively listens to the needs of her sellers and buyers. While her listing and sales record speaks for itself, it is the behind the scenes attention to detail and genuine enthusiasm that gets results. As a real estate principal interstate for more than 8 years myself, I wish I had half a dozen just like her - except she would probably be running the business for me after the first month!
