  Absolutely poor customer service. Was working near by the shop and went there few times and every single time missed when my ticket was called. Thought maybe I do not paying attention but just today missed ticked two times and was really listening every single word. After staying in the shop for another few minutes realised that they calling numbers to themselves, not to customers. It’s impossible to hear the number if everyone calling number so quietly. Obviously left the shop without nothing and went to other place. They really need to improve this aspect. Do not recommend this place if you on rush.

  Great friendly staff, beautiful food. Bit upset that they were out of the proper crusty rolls when we ordered lamb rolls, given a hamburger bun instead; just not the same and much smaller. Charged the same price. Two salads with barely any of the top stuff, just the underneath lettuce for one and the beans for the other, only one olive in the whole Greek salad! It’s not cheap so expect better. Chips were nice though. Will think twice before ordering here again.

  Great range of food available. Some delicious salads. Can get very busy at times.
  
  Even when busy, they seem to provide quick and efficient service.

  Normally pretty good except when busy orders get mixed up.
  Vegie burger is very squishy, wet-like and falls apart. Not a pleasant experience.
  The meat burgers are better.
  I would skip the fries & vegie burger .
  Overall staff are friendly

  Ordered on the app and got a notification that the order was ready about 2mins before I arrived to pick up the food. I approached one of the staff on arrival to collect my order who told me to “take a number and wait your turn”. After waiting 10mins my number was called and I was told that my order had not been made yet so I would have to wait for it to be made. I was then approached by a staff member who told me that my order had in fact already been collected by “one of my friends”. I insisted that was impossible as my friends were all waiting for me to bring the food to them at which point she said “just wait then”. The food came out shortly after. The food was of great quality but that doesn’t make up for the terrible service I received
